This is on the way to Kyung Hee University~ You can see that cherry blossom trees are all over both sides of road.

Just only the cleaning staffs left behind for cleaning after school. This is the only pictures that I took for the classroom.

Now showing you with the method of how to get to the place. First, take off from Hoegi Station (Subway Line 1) and walk for a while. 

No. 22 is the place when the center located. If you walk from front gate (No.1), is not that far. Is it only me think that?^^

This is the schedule of the Regular Program. Just a reminder, the application period of Autumn Term is already finished. So, please apply from Winter Term.

There is also short-term course for you to choose.
 

For Kyung Hee University, they offer extra-curricular activity class which called “Fun Korea Language Trip”. It’s kind of fun to join this program as you may experience lot of Korean Culture. You may see the July schedule of the program in the above picture.

-      University Policy -

Grades are based on mid-term, final exams, attendance, and homework. An average of 80 or above is required to ascend a level. It is similar to all schools~

Also, is a must attend at least 80% of the classes in order to pass. Three tardiest will count as one absence. Reminded that in special circumstances, prior notice is required to be excused.

 

Policy seems hash but actually is good to those who first came to Korea and feel frustrated about life in Korea. Because it makes sure that you could improve your Korean ability quickly and meet different friends from both Korea and other countries. So which enlarge your network here and to be more easier to adapt to Korea Life.

You can buy travel insurance from the school. It’s good for you as you don’t know when you get sick or have accident. Having an insurance which give you a reassuring squeeze while your stays in Korea.

There are three dormitory in total. They are “Leader Valley”, “Chang Deok Ahn” and “Richyille” representatively.

In my perspective, the fee of dormitory is little bit expensive. So please think carefully before you make the decision.

All in all, Mr. Tom think that the University Policy here is good for students. It’s difficult to say the difference between schools. Although the policy are similar but each school have their specialty.

Even though I always recommend new schools in this blog. To be honest, I could not tell you which school is much better (>3<). Each school have their own special features, different teaching method, different activities for student. One thing to be sure that, the qualification of the teachers in this school is very high.

When you feel difficulties in choosing the school, I hope my post could help you little bit. If I can help you, that’s my big wish~

This week for “Korean Language Institute Episode” I am going to present this school to all of you~

The Korean Language Institute of The University of Seoul was established at 2008. Although, the history is not that long compared to other institute but with high qualified teachers and well-prepared teaching materials the satisfaction of students is high~

If you are interested in this school, you may start applying for Winter Term. The application for Winter Term is start from now until 10^th Oct, 2015.

4 semesters in a year for KLCP. One semester consists of 10 weeks. From 1 to 6 level. For Regular course there are morning class as well as afternoon class. The course structure is similar to other institute, there is no big different~

For the tuition fee, it little bit lower than other Korea Language Institute.

Usually accommodation problem is one of the concern when deciding which school to apply. For the dormitory of this school, they provide both “Single Room” and “Double Bed Room”. Fee is cheaper than other and the environment is also good here too~

This is the way to the school~ So cool!

From the map, we can see that there is some distances from school front gate to the Language Institute (red mark). But, at least you just need to walk straight. It is convenience then turn around and around Right?

I won’t forgot to take picture of the place for you all. This is the place to have lesson.

   

Classroom is look like this. There is no big different of classroom between schools. So when I just saw the picture sometimes I will confused of which school they are haha.

Here is the Global Lounge!!!! Most of the students will come to this lounge after finish the lesson. No AGE different, No NATIONALITY different~ You may make friends from all over the world and from different culture background (^V^)

Up to now, did you know more about this school?

It didn’t have long history,

It didn’t as big as other institute.

But, it’s warm here. They got passion~

The number of students maybe not high here, but students are so close with each other.

One of my Japanese friend said that, she was so happy to study here and the class is also interesting too!!

So, with LOW tuition fee, LOW burden, HIGH satisfaction, HIGH quality.

That’s a great opportunity for you~

For today’s episode, I am going to introduce an Institute that is very famous in Korea to all of youuuuuu.

Seoul National University Korean Language Program

I am sure that most of the foreigners know about this school!KKK~

This is the building of the SNU Korean Korea Language Education Center

When you see this setting, you can guessed that there are lot of students in a class.

When I arrived there, the morning session of Regular Course already finished. So there are no students left in the class~

The number of students within a class in all of the Korean Language Education Center almost similar, the only different maybe the facilities like table~^^

SNU is kind of big, so it is not that easy for you to find the place. Take a look of this map, that you can easily recognize where the center is~

   

There are different ways for you to get to the center. Also, there is city bus get through the school. Isn’t it amazing??

For the accommodation, the school provides dorm for students. There are single room and double-bed room for you to choose.

The price for Double-bed room will be different according to the structure of the room. For my perspective, living is dorm is a better choice compare to One-room or Gosiwon “고시원”.

For the text book, they are using their own published text book.

While for the tuition fee (1 semester based)

Morning class – 1650000won

Afternoon class – 1500000won

For the Summer Semester, it will be ended at this week.

This is the schedule for the Morning and Afternoon class.

The teaching method and classes will be different in each Level.

There are different extra-curricular activities for the students to join other than the normal class.

Even though I didn’t say a lot about the school, it is already famous enough that everyone knows that.

With long history and traditions, lots of student take their class. Also, this is the best school that is accomplished with different kinds of facilities, students with high-level Korean skills. So if you want to apply for this school, you much working hard to do that~
